The Challenge

Before working with Level Up Digital, Aisle Planner had tested paid ads but struggled to scale results. Cost per signup was too high, and the campaigns weren’t driving consistent, high-quality leads.

As a subscription-based SaaS platform, they needed to not only increase trial signups—but do so in a way that was efficient, measurable, and aligned with their ideal customer: professional wedding and event planners actively looking for better tools to run their businesses.

Strategy

We developed a paid media strategy focused on driving qualified signups at a sustainable cost, using both Google and Meta Ads to reach planners at different stages of the decision-making journey.

  • Ad Copy Testing: We tested different messaging angles—focusing on time-saving, professionalism, and client experience—to see what resonated most.

  • Ongoing Optimization: We continuously refined bids, creatives, and targeting based on trial signup data and lead quality feedback from the Aisle Planner team.

The goal was simple: reach more of the right people and turn paid ads into a reliable channel for customer acquisition.
