About Any Length Retreat
Any Length Retreat is a men’s addiction recovery center located in Austin, Texas. Their program is rooted in the 12 Steps and designed to help men achieve lasting freedom from addiction.
They offer 30-, 60-, and 90-day retreats that support deep healing, personal growth, and long-term recovery—emphasizing structure, community, and accountability.
The Challenge
Before partnering with Level Up Digital, Any Length Retreat had limited visibility online and wasn’t getting consistent leads from paid advertising. They had tried running ads in the past, but results were unpredictable—and the cost per lead was too high to be sustainable.

Strategy
We built a full-funnel paid media strategy using both Google and Meta Ads to reach people searching for addiction recovery support and engage those who may not be actively searching but fit the profile of someone needing help.

Meta Ads Strategy: We ran awareness and retargeting campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to reach families, loved ones, and individuals in earlier stages of the decision-making process.
Landing Page Creation: We worked with the Any Length team to ensure ad traffic was being sent to pages optimized for conversions—clear CTAs, strong messaging, and easy ways to get in touch.
Ad Copy Testing: We continuously tested different messages, tones, and calls to action to learn what resonated best and drove real inquiries.
Call Tracking Integration: We implemented call tracking to measure which campaigns, keywords, and platforms were driving phone calls—one of the most important conversion actions for this type of service.
Ongoing Optimization: We closely monitored lead quality and cost per conversion, refining targeting, bidding, and creative across both platforms.
